Committee Meeting

The Committee Meeting will be held on Friday 21^st March at the ‘Air Balloon’ pub just off the Airbus roundabout in Filton. We hope to get this underway by 1700.

The key discussion points will be as follows –

a.       Membership Fee (Yameen + Shehan)

a.       Non-member fee (Group decision)

b.      Non-member fee for training with coach (Group decision)

b.      Website / Play Cricket account (Saad, Thusitha, James)

c.       Fixtures

a.       Confirmation of first fixture (Yameen)

b.      Tea costs and preparation for 40 over home games (Laura)

c.       Away games payment player fee (Group decision)

d.      T-Shirt Printing

a.       Print cost to be allocated to membership fee (+ £3.50) – yes / no?

e.      Policies (Paul)

f.        Coach appointment and role (Yameen)

g.       Captaincy decision

h.      Club bank account (John Ferguson)

i.         Date and venue of next social (Jude + Group discussion)

j.        AOB
